Youth Groups

Garinim Youth Group

Grades 2 through 4
The meaning of Garinim is the seed of the sun flower. This group bonds the children to together through fun, games and activities. During this time the children will build strong friendships and ever lasting memories. Some of our activities are roller-skating, movies, and ice cream socials and craft projects.

Grades 5 through 7
We are so excited about our Kadima youth group for Jewish pre-teens! This year our Kadima activities include a few new locations outside of our local area: rock climbing in Maple Shade (followed by ice cream at Friendly’s!), swimming in the new indoor water park in Wildwood, and seeing the comedy 1000 Words at the Tilton 9 movie theater. Our last trip this year will include miniature golf and frozen yogurt in Ocean City.

In the upcoming year we are looking forward to more new locations that many of the children have never seen, as well as becoming more involved in community service as a gesture of Tikkun Olam and joining YadB’Yad-The Kadima Tzedakah program that supports activities for USY and Kadimaniks with special needs.
